Illustration: Gozer & Isabelle
Illustration combining collage, gel transfer of photographs (of my cat and dog), found paper, and calligraphy.
Illustration: Victorian Meh
“Victorian Meh” is a strange little illustration of (my) cat, first in a series of bizarre portraits of bizarre animals. This is a digital painting, created completely in Photoshop, and containing no photography. It was featured in Lucky.com’s 2011 Gift Guide for Art Snobs.
A limited edition print can be purchased at Zatista.com.
Design: Mail Art
Original watercolor and ink illustration mail art with dip-pen calligraphy, completed in February 2016.
This postcard was designed for a calligraphy exchange (pen pal group) at Flourish Forum. The image was based on a photograph I took of the James River during the summer and was meticulously converted to a paint-by-number design – it is numbered and ready for paint! The envelopes were addressed using a dip pen in matching blue watercolor paint and gold ink.
Illustration: Sometimes the Sky’s Too Bright

The illustration received “Juror’s Choice Award” in Waverly House’s “Journeys” Juried Show in 2011, in Springfield, MO.
Illustration: Under the Skysigns
